My New Years Resolutions

I'm not that big on resolutions, mainly because I think people make ones that they know they'll break, because they're just too hard to do in the first place. We should make resolutions that will make us happier not miserable and thats what I'm doing this year.

1. To eat healthier and regularly
I'm really bad at eating in general, I either forget or just pig out. So this year I want to eat regular meals that aren't just pizza. My Mam got Az a blender for xmas so we're making more smoothies and soups too. I need to stop feeding my body with just crap like stodge and especially wheat which I'm not supposed to to eat anyway. This year I will be all about fruit and veg, but a little bit of chocolate won't hurt me.

2. Believe in myself more.
I spend so much time telling myself that I'm not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough and it holds me back from doing a lot of things. I've proved this year that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. Next year I will be proud of what I've accomplished and not be so hard on myself because the only only person that doesn't believe in me is me.

3. Read more
I have loved reading ever since I could, but these last few months I've just stopped. I don't even know why, perhaps its because I spend most of my time in front of my laptop. Az and I have agreed to take part in a reading challenge which will hopefully bring back my love of reading. I've posted it above, let me know if you're going to take part too!
